Following the sale of the Vale Farm Estate, Sunderlands are privileged to be favoured with instructions to conduct this this genuine farm dispersal sale upon the kind instructions of John & Meg Singleton. After continued investment over the last 27 years that the Singletons’s have been farming at The Vale, they have acquired a large selection of machinery and equipment which is in excellent order and well worth a look. There will be approximately 300 lots of machinery on offer ranging from small hand-held workshop and farming tools up to the larger tractors and implements. There is a full spectrum of farming machinery on offer plus a flock of Khaki Campbell laying ducks! A sale not to be missed!

The sale will be held at The Vale Farm, Lower Chapel, Brecon, Powys, LD3 9RE. The sale will be signposted off the B4520.
From the Severn Bridge: Follow the M4 west to Jct 24 and take the A449 dual carriageway towards Monmouth. After approx. 13 miles take the slip road signposted Abergavenny and continue on the A40 through the villages of Crickhowell and Bwlch. Turn right at the first roundabout at Brecon and proceed along the A470 signposted Hereford. Continue for 2 miles and take the next left signposted Brecon. Continue along the B4602 into Brecon taking the next right hand turn signposted Builth Wells/ Upper Chapel.
