Antique Auctions are held on selected Mondays at 5pm

These auctions consist of between 400 and 600 lots of affordable items including Antiques and collectables, ceramics and glassware, silver and silver plate, antique and costume jewellery, pictures and prints, Georgian, Edwardian and Victorian furniture. Plus general household goods, contents of house clearances and general household bailiff / high court repossessions. The price range generally for this type of sale is from £5 - £500.
Our experienced team of valuer’s are always pleased to offer advice on the saleability of any item, and its value. If you are considering selling something at our Auction we are happy to provide a verbal valuation free of charge. For smaller items, it is preferable for you to call into our office with the item but for larger items (such as furniture or for large quantities of items) the Auctioneer can arrange to visit you at home. If you wish the items to be valued before leaving them with us for sale, please telephone the Office to check the Auctioneer will be available when you bring them in.
We do offer a collection service please telephone the office for more details 01244 532821. Any electrical items entered for auction must be in full working order, if an item is returned, full commission will be charged.
Commission on goods is 15% + VAT (with a minimum of £3.00+ vat)
Photographs may be taken of particularly interesting lots and will be published on our website.
After the auction, providing your items have sold, we will forward you a cheque (less our charges) after 7 days.
Any unsold items MUST be collected the following day of Auction between 9am-1pm.
Any items not collected and are left on the premises will incur storage charges.
